# Operator Feedback

Let operators review Vision Events and mark them as correct, incorrect, or inconclusive.

Operator Feedback lets team members review Vision Events and record whether each event's result was correct, incorrect, or inconclusive. This creates a human-in-the-loop review process for your deployed vision system.

## Submitting Feedback

Open any event in the Vision Events dashboard by clicking on it. In the event detail sidebar, you'll see a feedback section where you can:

1. Optionally type a comment in the comment field.
2. Click "Correct", "Incorrect", or "Inconclusive". This saves your rating and comment right away.

Feedback is tied to your user identity, so the team can see who reviewed each event and when.

## Submitting Feedback Through the API

You can also send feedback from your own tools. Post an event with `eventType` set to `operator_feedback` and put the note in the top-level `comment` field. See [Create a Vision Event](/deployment/monitoring-and-analytics/vision-events/create-a-vision-event.md#http-api). Feedback sent this way has no verified reviewer, so it shows as "Unknown".

## Feedback Indicators

Events that have received feedback show visual indicators in the event list:

* **Correct** -- green thumbs-up indicator
* **Incorrect** -- red thumbs-down indicator
* **Inconclusive** -- yellow indicator

These let you quickly scan which events have been reviewed and how they were rated.

## Feedback Activity Stream

The event detail sidebar includes an activity stream that shows all feedback submitted for that event. Each entry displays the reviewer's name, their rating, any comment they left, and when the feedback was submitted.

If multiple team members review the same event, all of their feedback appears in the activity stream.

## Deleting Feedback

To fix a wrong verdict, click the trash icon on the entry in the activity stream, then confirm. This removes every verdict that person left on the event. The feedback form then shows again, so you can submit a new verdict. You need the Manage Vision Events permission. Each delete is recorded in [Audit Logs](https://docs.roboflow.com/platform/enterprise-features/audit-logs-and-siem-export).

## Operator Feedback Review

Use the "Operator Feedback Review" tab on a use case to go through images from events that have feedback, one at a time, and add the useful ones to a Project for training. Choose a model to improve, then click "Start Review Session". For each image, you can add it to the dataset, send it to the annotation queue, reject it, or snooze it. Click "Save & Exit" when you are done.

Only one person can review a use case at a time. If someone else is reviewing, the tab shows who and when they started. Click "Check Again" to see if the queue is free. A session ends when the reviewer clicks "Save & Exit", leaves the tab, or makes no decision for 10 minutes.

{% hint style="info" %}
Operator Feedback Review is on by default for Enterprise and Growth plans.
{% endhint %}

## Filtering by Feedback Status

You can filter the events list by feedback status to focus on events that need review or that were flagged as incorrect. See [Query Events](/deployment/monitoring-and-analytics/vision-events/query-events.md) for details on the Feedback Status filter.
