# Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Role-Based Access Control आपको अलग-अलग access permissions assign करने की सुविधा देता है [team members](/roboflow/roboflow-hi/workspaces/team-members.md) आपके workspace में।

## Roles

हमारे Default Roles बेहतर security practices को बढ़ावा देने में मदद करते हैं, जबकि [एक team के रूप में computer vision models बनाते और सुधारते हुए](/roboflow/roboflow-hi/annotate/team-collaboration.md).

Roboflow तीन default roles का समर्थन करता है:

* Creator/Admin - platform तक पूर्ण access
* Reviewer - labeling jobs assign, review, और उन पर काम करें
* Labeler - assigned labeling jobs पर काम करें

## Custom Roles

जब आपके workspace के लिए Custom Roles enable हो जाते हैं, तो आप उन्हें Team Members settings page से manage कर सकते हैं:

1. अपने workspace settings पर जाएँ
2. sidebar से Team Members चुनें
3. Roles tab पर क्लिक करें

Roles tab आपके workspace में उपलब्ध सभी roles दिखाता है, जिसमें system roles (Admin, Labeler, Reviewer) और आपके द्वारा बनाए गए कोई भी custom roles शामिल हैं:

### Roles manage करना

#### Roles देखना

Roles page दिखाती है:

* Default Role: वह role जो नए workspace members को अपने-आप assign होता है
* Role List: सभी उपलब्ध roles और उनकी folder access settings
* हर role दिखाता है कि क्या उसमें "All Folder Access" enabled है

Admin, Labeler, और Reviewer जैसे system roles common use cases के लिए optimized standard permission sets के साथ पहले से configured आते हैं।

#### Custom Role बनाना

एक नया custom role बनाने के लिए:

1. ऊपरी-दाएँ कोने में + New Role button पर क्लिक करें
2. role creation dialog में: - Role Name दर्ज करें: role के लिए एक वर्णनात्मक नाम चुनें - Duplicate Permissions From: template के रूप में उपयोग करने के लिए कोई existing role चुनें (जैसे, Admin, Labeler, Reviewer) - चुने गए role की permissions कॉपी करने के लिए Duplicate पर क्लिक करें
3. options को check या uncheck करके permissions configure करें: - Grant All Folder Access: users को folder permission restrictions को bypass करने और सभी folders देखने की अनुमति देता है - Permission Categories: function के अनुसार व्यवस्थित (जैसे, Dataset Management, Dataset Create, Dataset Delete, Dataset Overview) - हर permission में यह विवरण शामिल है कि वह क्या अनुमति देती है
4. सभी permissions को जल्दी से enable करने के लिए Select All का उपयोग करें
5. save करने के लिए Create Role पर क्लिक करें

#### Custom Roles संपादित करना

किसी मौजूदा custom role को modify करने के लिए:

1. roles list में role ढूँढें
2. role row के दाईं ओर ... menu button पर क्लिक करें
3. dropdown menu से Edit Role चुनें
4. ज़रूरत के अनुसार permissions modify करें
5. अपने changes save करें

Note: System roles (Admin, Labeler, Reviewer) को edit नहीं किया जा सकता। आप केवल custom roles बना सकते हैं या अपने द्वारा पहले बनाए गए roles को edit कर सकते हैं।

#### Custom Roles delete करना

किसी custom role को हटाने के लिए:

1. roles list में role ढूँढें
2. role row के दाईं ओर ... menu button पर क्लिक करें
3. dropdown menu से Delete Role चुनें
4. deletion की पुष्टि करें

Important: किसी role को delete करने से पहले, सुनिश्चित करें कि वर्तमान में कोई user उससे assigned नहीं है, या पहले उन users को किसी दूसरे role पर reassign करें। System roles को delete नहीं किया जा सकता।

#### Default Role सेट करना

Default role नए members को अपने-आप assign हो जाता है जब वे आपके workspace में शामिल होते हैं:

1. Roles tab के शीर्ष पर Default Role section में
2. dropdown menu पर क्लिक करें
3. उस role को चुनें जिसे आप default के रूप में उपयोग करना चाहते हैं
4. यह change सभी भविष्य के invitations के लिए तुरंत प्रभावी हो जाता है

#### Custom Roles assign करना

जब Custom Roles configure हो जाते हैं, तो आप team members को invite करते समय उन्हें assign कर सकते हैं :

1. Team Members के अंतर्गत Members tab पर जाएँ
2. Invite Members पर क्लिक करें
3. role dropdown से इच्छित custom role चुनें
4. invitation या update प्रक्रिया पूरी करें
